		<description>I&#039;m glad that you discussed school. I think one of the first things that tends to slide down on the &quot;to-do list&quot; for junior year is school. Between finding internships, networking, keeping up with social media and just life; school seems to be dead last.

The thing I have learned the most from junior year is that currently you have one and only job; that is you good grades and finish college!

Another thing that I&#039;ve found with interviewing for internships is that employers are very impressed if you maintain a stunning grade point average WHILE being involved with other things.

In my opinion, it&#039;s one thing to say that you participated in this and that, but to say that you did all of those things and graduated with a 4.0 is another!</description>
